We have an economically priced hall available for rent that is great for socials, family gatherings, birthday parties, sports wind ups, etc.
Our hall is perfect for socials. There is a bar/kitchen area with a roll-top window access to the main area. It has refrigeration, telephone, stove and sinks. Check our calendar and see whether your event date will fit our availability.
We have 2 seperate halls (1500 sq ft and 2400 sq ft) that can serve a 1 large hall if needed. Our total licensed capacity is for 348 people. If you are interested in a smaller setting, one hall can be made available, please call for pricing.
Two parking lots are available for a total of approximately 130 parking spots as well as parking on Ness Avenue

Need a rental facility for a business meeting or business presentation? We have two large rooms able to hold a small or large amount of attendees. Chairs and tables are provided. We have excellent parking both behind the building as well as on Ness Avenue.

Birthday Parties, Wedding Showers, Family Gatherings Room Rentals, we can accomodate them all!
Is your house or yard too small to host a function? We can accomodate any size of get together from 10 people to 348 people. Please call for pricing.
$695.00 per social event (includes soft drink mix)
$150 deposit required to hold event date. The balance ($545.00) due one week prior
to event date payable by certified cheque OR money order.
$500 cash damage deposit due day of event (returned after event upon club inspection & approval
of condition of facilities).
Silver Heights Community Centre supplies a supervisor to open and lock-up the
facilities.
Bartender available at $150.00 extra - this is recommended as it also includes organizing
your volunteer groups for bartenders and cleanup.
